A. Passmore & Sons was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Altus, OK.
Our fleet consists of 361 Long and Tall Peterbilt 379 trucks with 475 HP Caterpillar Engines. We own and operate 500 Reitnouer Lite Weight Air Ride Trailers, and have owner operators as well.
APS has offices in Altus, OK. and drop and hook yards in Duke and Fletcher, OK, Acme, Rotan, and Laredo, TX, and Medicine Lodge, KS. We offer door to door transportation service between the US and Mexico. We provide flatbed, step deck, and export cartage service. We also offer dedicated fleets. We meet all insurance requirements and all other stipulations required of an approved carrier. We offer a logistics division (A. Passmore & Sons Brokerage), which has proved to be a valuable option when it comes to taking care of your shipments. We strongly believe in good equipment and treating our employees and customers with respect. Our reputation for being a reliable and dependable transportation source is a responsibility we take very seriously.
APS primary operates in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado, Arkansas, Kansas, and Nebraska but we also offer service to all of the continental United States and Mexico with authority for Canada as well. All of our equipment is lightweight and capable of hauling 48,000+ pounds. We touch and update our equipment locations every 15 minutes. Our operations software is completely integrated with our mobile communications so that any time we can tell you where your shipment is within a few minutes and a few hundred feet anywhere on earth. Phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to insure that you and your freight are taken care of. We hire only the best truck drivers that the industry has to offer. Each of our truck drivers has an average of 10 years experience, so you can rest assured they understand the importance of your delivery.
APS is EDI capable making load tendering and load tracking a convenience for you. Customized billing is also offered.
